Please take notes from other wireless companies App features. They are more advanced, easier to use, and provide significantly more information. This app is archaic and needs updated.

Great app for getting pics to you. The ATT card was much better than the SIM hero card. Customer service on issues with getting renewal on cards and speaking with a human are terrible. Email is only option. It really sucks. I feel like I'm dealing with a foreign country.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Been trying for a month to get ahold of them and nothing.. After doing my research the last couple of weeks I have decided to move on from snyper and buy me a Spartan camera. Rumors has it, the owner james got into selling deer blinds and dont even care about the camera side of his business...
Evidently this company has gone out of business. We stopped being able to access pics on camera since april. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS VIA EMAIL, PHONE FB messenger and we get nothing. We finally go to Att store to get another sim card. It worked but now the app isn't working. Still no one from this company will get back with us. Ive never seen a co. operate like this. Hopefully we can get the web developer.
App stopped sending notifications and of course they say it has nothing on their end
Can't register cameras and app on alert page only shows the first 2 rows of animals not the 3rd and try to swipe left and nothing. Starting to get frustrated 😡 reminds me of my spy point last September and all of hunting season nothing but problems. Some one needs to contact me.
